Trading Terms
Welcome to Car parts at trade.Please note that as a purchaser of the products made available through this website, you and your use of our products are subject to the following terms and conditions.

General
All our products are genuine supplied directly to us from the UK manufacture or authorised distributor.
Any purchase of products from Car parts at trade will be a made contract under English Law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damage, and accordingly some limitations here stated may not apply to you. Your rights are unaffected.
carpartsattrade reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. We therefore advise that you check these pages regularly, as further purchases after such posting or notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

Product Purchase
In order to purchase products from Car parts at trade you must be 18 years of age. Please read the following terms and conditions prior to indicating your acceptance and be aware that you are entering into a legally binding agreement. If you agree to the terms laid out in this document, please complete the registration process and order the required products.

Delivery
Our standard carriage charge to addresses within the UK mainland usually within 48 hours ( excluding week ends and public bank holidays ) for delivery. All products must be paid for prior to delivery. All deliveries are made by courier. Please check transaction total before purchase.
Risk shall be transferred on delivery. If you find a fault with any of our products, such as short delivery or damage to goods in transit, you must notify us with full particulars within three working days of receiving the product.
If in the unlikely event a product is out of stock, we will notify you at the earliest possible opportunity. However, we cannot be held financially responsible for the late delivery of a product or products.

Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns Policy
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return the item in exchange for a replacement product or a full refund. In order to qualify for a refund, the item must be returned to us at Car parts at trade in its original condition and with the sales invoice within seven days of delivery. You will be responsible for returning the item at your own cost.

If the product is faulty, please notify us as soon as possible and we will arange for the collection by courier. We strongly recommend that you check all products before fitting checking sizes, dimensions and the parts look the same as the original item. Full refunds or replacement of faulty products will be provided at no extra cost.

If you wish to return a product for either of the reasons outlined above, please contact us by e-mail stating your invoice number, reason for returning the product and whether you would prefer a replacement product or refund.

Sale of Goods
All products supplied by CAR PARTS AT TRADE are believed to be of a suitable quality and specification for which they were intended.

Any faults should be reported as soon as possible to CAR PARTS AT TRADE. However, ultimately it is the customer's responsibility to check if a product is suitable before fitting.
The liability of CAR PARTS AT TRADE will not exceed the value of the products supplied. Loss of profits and consequential, financial and other such losses are excluded.

Please be assured that we make every effort to ensure the security of this website at all times and do not make your data available to any unauthorized third parties unless required to by law.
