Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns Policy
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return the item in exchange for a replacement product or a full refund. In order to qualify for a refund, the item must be returned to us at Car parts at trade in its original condition and with the sales invoice within seven days of delivery. You will be responsible for returning the item at your own cost.
If the product is faulty, please notify us as soon as possible and we will arange for the collection by courier. We strongly recommend that you check all products before fitting checking sizes, dimensions and the parts look the same as the original item. Full refunds or replacement of faulty products will be provided at no extra cost.
If you wish to return a product for either of the reasons outlined above, please contact us by e-mail stating your invoice number, reason for returning the product and whether you would prefer a replacement product or refund.

All products supplied by CAR PARTS AT TRADE are believed to be of a suitable quality and specification for which they were intended.
Any faults should be reported as soon as possible to CAR PARTS AT TRADE. However, ultimately it is the customer's responsibility to check if a product is suitable before fitting.
The liability of CAR PARTS AT TRADE will not exceed the value of the products supplied. Loss of profits and consequential, financial and other such losses are excluded.
